Made just for you
Every SIMON & SATCH item is printed to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. Just email us at simonandsatch@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo showing the issue

You don't need to send the item back.

Lost packages
If your tracking shows no movement or your order never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Cancellations
Because production starts quickly, we can only cancel orders that haven't entered production yet. Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
